EPS-FR Specifications: 

The Therm-Loc panel is a lightweight, structural, continuously manufactured insulated sandwich panel with a range of thicknesses of internal & external skins of Colorbond® Coolroom steel laminated to a core of expanded polystyrene (EPS-FR) insulation in a variety of densities.


Therm-Loc panels are available in a range of thicknesses and lengths, with a standard width of 1200 mm with either flat or ribbed surface finish & a variety of colours.


Thermal insulated panel doors are manufactured in a wide range of types, slide, hinged, uplift, and bi-part; any type is achievable. All doors are manufactured using many of Thermal's exclusively designed extrusions, tracks rollers, guides, locks, handles, gaskets etc., to an extremely high-quality finish for all heavy-duty construction.

EPS-FR Panel Applications

Therm-Loc EPS-FR insulated panels are ideal for the construction, food processing & cold storage industries. Typical uses are wall panels and ceiling panels in freezers, cool rooms, clean rooms, portable buildings, food production, cost-effective partitions, and permanent or temporary interior walls.

Therm-Loc Panel Details

Therm-Loc EPS–FR panels are continuously manufactured in thicknesses, lengths and densities, with a standard width of 1200 mm. They can be supplied with a flat or ribbed surface finish and in a variety of Colorbond® colours.
